IMPORTANT: EVERYONE MUST SUBMIT A COPY OF
DD 214 OR DISCHARGE.

NEW MEMBERSHIP

                             1) Completed membership Application 

                             2) Copy of DD214 

                             3) $45 for new members, $40 for renewals

TRANSFERS

Veterans applying for transfers from your current Post to our Post must submit the following:

                                 1) Completed & Signed Member Data Form
                                 2) COPY OF DD214 OR DISCHARGE
                                 3) COPY OF MEMBERSHIP CARD

Copies can be made at the post for free
